Joseph’s House, Inc. (JHI) offers the I.N.S.P.I.R.E. mentoring program to GEAR UP Birmingham students at select schools. The I.N.S.P.I.R.E. program consists of character building activities designed to promote academic excellence, career exploration, community service, cultural enrichment, financial literacy, higher education pursuits, self-esteem and self-sufficiency.

I.N.S.P.I.R.E. is a multi-modal community based mentoring program for youth designed to empower mentees to complete high school, excel in higher education, a trade, entrepreneurship and life.
