As a financial services company and one of Alabama’s largest employers, Regions is proud to be the financial education partner for GEAR UP Birmingham. As such, Regions will lead the implementation of a system for integrating financial literacy into the classroom for students and into periodic family workshops for parents and other family members.

Regions aims to help GEAR UP families acquire knowledge and skills that support overall family financial health while also increasing family confidence and capacity to financially support college-going by GEAR UP students.
